Returns & Exchanges

At Coco & Lola, we want you to love your curated pieces; however, if your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
